Erica is an attorney licensed in Florida, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. She is a graduate of Boston University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts where she received her Juris Doctorate. She also graduated from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida where she received a Bachelor of Science in Communication.

Erica has been practicing real estate law for over eight years and is also a real estate investor. She has experience in residential and commercial deals, and also represents private lenders and investors on wholesale deals, private lending agreements, etc.

Erica currently resides in Cumberland, RI with her wife, Hannah, their daughters, Quinn and Noa, and their two dogs, Caine and Kaya. She enjoys hockey, working out, and cheering on her Miami Hurricanes. Erica is also the author of a children's book called "Caine and Mabel," and is an avid proponent of animal rescue.

Meredith is a Business Development Officer at Penna & Associates, LLC. She is a graduate of Ripon College where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Politics & Government and Spanish.

Meredith has been in the title industry for five years, and has an additional eleven years of experience in the real estate world. With a focus on purchase transactions, Meredith provides unmatched service to her clients and never shies away from assisting with problems that might arise during a transaction.
Meredith currently resides in Doctor Phillips, Florida with her daughters, Sara and Hana, and her dogs, Skip and Luke. She enjoys playing tennis and staying active.

Sujeil Gerena-Rodriguez​ is a Business Development Officer/Closing Manager at Penna & Associates, LLC with over 20 years of experience in the real estate title industry.

As a licensed Title Agent, Sujeil specializes in all types of real estate transactions and short sales. She began her career as a receptionist and worked her way up to managing her own office. She values building close rapport with her clients that has resulted in long-term personal and business relationships.

Sujeil currently resides in Winter Garden, Florida and is inspired daily by her son and family. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, reading, and having fun with her son in the outdoors.
