In addition to title and closing services, we also provide document preparation services to individuals, title companies, title agents, and other attorneys and law firms.  Unless you are a licensed attorney, drafting certain legal documents constitutes the unauthorized practice of law.  We can assist in drafting deeds, powers of attorney, releases, trust certifications, mortgages, promissory notes, and more.
